2. Eligibility for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
To qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product is received.

Condition of the Product: The device must be returned in good condition, including all original accessories, packaging, and documentation. Products showing clear signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification are not eligible.

Return Authorization: Returns must be authorized by NEUROSANTE B.V. prior to shipment. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Refund Amount and Deductions

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to a 30% deduction from the purchase price to cover administrative, handling, inspection, and restocking costs.

The remaining 70% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4.3 Return Shipment
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied by NEUROSANTE B.V. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended. NEUROSANTE B.V. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Customs and Import Obligations for Returns
For return shipments originating from countries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, EFTA countries, and other non-EU European countries, the customer bears full responsibility for correct customs declaration.
Return shipments must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” and sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Shipments sent as DDP, or shipments that result in customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, or other charges being imposed on NEUROSANTE B.V., will not be accepted.
NEUROSANTE B.V. does not act as importer of record for returned goods and will not carry out customs clearance or pay any import-related charges on behalf of the customer. Any costs arising from incorrect customs handling may result in refusal of the shipment or deduction from the refundable amount.
6. Exclusions from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:
