Cases where the Right of Withdrawal will not be valid

You cannot use the right of withdrawal in contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene.

• For orders over 100 Euro, shipping is free of charge. For orders under 100 Euros you pay a flat shipping fee of 3,5 Euros.
• Should a shipment be made in several stages for technical or logistical reasons, we shall charge the shipping fees only once.
• Delivery is usually made by DHL, OMNIVA or another suitable service provider.
• Deliveries are made only to EU and EFTA countries. If you want delivery to other countries, contact our customer service.
• Self-collection of the goods is possible after prior consultation.
• Pickup of the goods is possible after prior consultation.
• Delivery to packing stations is only possible after prior consultation
• If there is a delay in delivery or a delivery bottleneck, you will be informed immediately.
