This pack of 2 pairs of electrodes is intended for replacement use only.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

This statutory right of withdrawal applies subject to the conditions set out below and is independent from any voluntary commercial guarantees offered by NEUROSANTE B.V.

Conditions for Return of Products

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified NEUROSANTE B.V. of your decision to withdraw.

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied product, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Process

Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected, NEUROSANTE B.V. will issue a refund within fourteen (14) days using the original payment method.

The refund covers the purchase price of the returned product(s).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return results from a defective or incorrect item supplied by NEUROSANTE B.V.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

For reasons of health and hygiene, certain sealed accessories are excluded from the right of withdrawal once their seal has been broken, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

The following accessories are excluded from the right of withdrawal if unsealed:

• Ear Clip Electrode for NeuroCes™ PWL-05 (1 pair)

• Ear Clip Electrode for NeuroCes™ PWL-05 (2 pairs)

• Ear Clip Electrode for NeuroCes™ PWL-05 (5 pairs)

• Lead Wire for NeuroCes™ PWL-05 (1 pcs.)

This hygiene-related exclusion does not apply to the NeuroCes™ PWL-05 Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulator itself, which remains eligible for return under the statutory right of withdrawal.

NEUROSANTE B.V. processes orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and ships orders via PostNL or equivalent courier services. Shipment tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

• European Union (EU)
• EFTA countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
• United Kingdom
• Selected European countries: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, and Moldova

Orders to non-eligible countries are not accepted.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of 100 EUR or more
• Flat 5 EUR shipping fee for orders below 100 EUR

Customs & Import Duties

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands or Germany.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipments are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
